CALL TO ACTION December 13, 2011 Noon

Tuesday, December 6, 2011

Action Description:

The action requires 2 participants who work in pairs.  Each pair stands on a different corner of an intersection in the Financial District and passes a note of paper currency between them (detail below). The first participant (X) passes the currency to the other (Z).  As Z accepts the money, s/he pauses, then says, “I win.  You lose.”  The recipient (Z) then passes it back to (X) who repeats the phrase,  “I win.  You lose.”  The action is performed slowly, deliberately, and articulately (clear projected voice, not yelling), without “acting,” and is to be repeated for 60 minutes ad nauseum.

Currency Note: Designed by students, is an altered $100 with a Bull drawn on Ben Franklin, and Bullshit written underneath; and phrase equating I Win & 1% and You Lose & 99%.  The note will be available at the orientation, or downloadable beginning Thursday, December 8th at:
Iwin-YouLose.Blogspot.com
